Easy! Healthy! Scallion dish

今日の記事を英語にしてみました。

A little scallion dish is introduced.

A boiled scallion
1.A scallion is washed and cut to about 5 cm.
2.With a little salt, it boils until it becomes pliant.

5.A dried bonito and soy sauce are poured on it.

Scallion thin wheat noodles.
1.It can do also with a pan or the frying pan of somewhat deeper Teflon.
